They skillfully installed aftermarket door trim on my new K5. They were easy to get a fair quote from and set up an appointment quickly. Once I arrived, they explained everything and even double checked with me before installing the trim to make sure I thought the placement would look good. 5-stars all around. Give them a try.
When I went to pick it up it looked better than when I bought it and they had me in and out in under five minutes.
Forgot to review this place a while ago, so here I am now. I had a very bad collision in September, with a deer on the highway, and Dale’s could not have been more accommodating. They were able to get my car in for repairs right away. Everything was taken care of and fixed on schedule, despite covid complicating things all around us! When I went to pick it up it looked better than when I bought it and they had me in and out in under five minutes. Can definitely recommend!

A deer hit my car on a Tuesday. Dale’s took the car in and estimated the work. He patiently explained the details in an understandable fashion. The repair was completed ahead of schedule and the car looks like it did before the altercation with the deer. They even redrew the pin-striping which if non stock. If you need collision work, go to Dale’s. Seven months later, my new headlight lens is getting cloudy and looking old. Dale’s took care to work with the insurance company to get it replaced. No hassle. Great customer service.
